interested in getting a 2gb 6950.

now, i want one that has the unlocked shaders and runs at least 880/1375 on core/ram.

i don't want one that was flashed to a 6970, just shaders unlocked and 880/1375 for the core ram at least stable.

if you flashed it to a 6970 then back to 6950 and unlocked, i do not want. just one that was shader unlocked. and at least 880/1375.

Im out of the loop why don't you want one that has been flashed?

Because flashing it to a full 6970 BIOS has a good chance of killing the card. It will be fine for a while, then slowly start artifacting and such, even if you put it back to stock 6950 settings.
