WTB: Android Tablet

Looking for the cheapest Android tablet.

Below are the requirements:
-Has Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) or later
-Wifi and Bluetooth must work without issue.
-Any screen size and not cracked.
-Any storage size.
-Decent battery life or better.
-Can be a cellular version with bad ESN just as long it is fully functional (i.e no activating or such)

I have a Shield K1 8gb with a 128gb SD card and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 32gb with a 128gb SD card . Both are WiFi only both work with no issue's . Both have case's the K1 has a Nvidia cover the Samsung a Fintie case.
