WTB: AMD Phenom II CPU

I want to upgrade my AMD X2 2.6GHz Black Edition CPU with AMD Phenom II 95W CPU at least 3GHz with at least two cores. The Phenom II will go to my ASUS M2N32-SLI mobo with 8GB of DDR2 800 MHz memory. I would prefer to get a CPU that will hit high frequencies so Black Edition is preferred.

Obviously, the new AMD CPU should be a lot faster than my current CPU. Otherwise, there is no point to upgrade. This will be used for gaming with Gigabyte GTX-470 video card so high clock speed is required.

I have a 955 BE that I may be looking to get rid of, if you are interested? I'm not sure if this meets your standards, as they're a little vague, but it's almost top of the line in terms of raw performance in the Phenom II BE line of processors.

Yeah, it looks that 125W is too much for my motherboard but there are some CPU which are 125W and work with it but I am not sure if 955 will do.
