WTB: AM2 CPU & Board - Low End

How low can you go? I'm looking for:
AM2 CPU - Doesn't matter so long as it works
AM2 Board - ATX; 2x SATA; 1x PCI-x 16; 24 Pin PSU connector; works
RAM - a 512MB stick could suffice; works

I've read that a s939 opteron HSF will work for some setups, I hope this is no exception. Maybe we can talk about the inclusion of a little thermal paste in the deal.
