I'm doing some slight case modifications and need some sheet aluminum. Needs to be plyable enough to bend 90 degrees.

Maybe 3003 or 5052? I'm not too familiar with the different types.

1mm thick (.040)

48"x48" sheet or sheets.
 
Have you looked at Online Metals? They're a small-order metal shop... I've yet to order from them for reason of finances, but I've wanted to change that for a long time ;)
 
I've always order mine from metalsupermarkets.com. They generally beat onlinemetals.com every time. 5% off your first order and 10% off your order over $100. Shipping is reasonable and local pickup is available if there is a participating shop in your area.

I've got some 36" x 36" x 0.063" 5052H32 sheets. Where are you located?

For bending, 5052 is going to form well.

Scraps would be cheaper to send than sheets, what size pieces do you need? I've got tons of aluminum scrap laying around.
