I'm sure I am shooting over your budget right off the bat. I have a Samsung EVO 840 120GB coming back from RMA in about a week. I would turn around and ship that out to you for $60.
 
I have a PNY SATA 3 120GB that I used for my Window 10 beta, I can do $50 shipped.
