WTB: 8 GB DDR2 SDRAM

Hey guys, I'm looking for hopefully 8GB of some DDR2 RAM for a coworker. I gave him an old AMD desktop for his son to see if he would be interested and he is but he needs more RAM. I just ordered 8GB(4x2GB) off ebay but it was cancelled and refunded because apparently the shipment was stolen. Let me know what you guys have and what you would like for it. Its mainly for minecraft with a good amount of mods so the more RAM the better lol.
