WTB - 7800 or 7900 series gpu

Hey guys, I'm looking to build my little brother a gaming rig in time for his bday so I'm starting a month early. So far I've been able to get most of the parts cheap locally on CL but can't get a good deal on a video card so I'm going to try here.

I'm looking for the following video cards to complete the build:

7800gt
7800gtx
7900gs
7900gt

Manufacturer doesn't really matter but if I had a choice then either BFG or EVGA (definitely an NV card) but again I'm not too picky. I'd go with a 7600gt but am looking to get a card with a 256-bit memory bus instead of 128. Also, looking to spend around 100-130 so just PM or post if you have anything I'd be interested in.

edit - Only want 1 gpu so don't make me any offers for 2.
