WTB: 775 Motherboard Full ATX

As the title suggests, I am looking for a socket 775 atx motherboard. I could use some cheap ddr2 and maybe a cpu if the price is right. Let me know what you got! Thanks!

I am looking to minimize to a htpc, so would you have any interest in an Asus Maximus Extreme SE?
I could also sell the lapped E0-q6600 and/or ddr3-2000 Reapers...

Everything is currently running in my main rig under water.
*When I am just using it normally, I usually leave at 2400mhz/1066fsb/1066ram@7-7-7-16 with temps of 16c idle and 25c load @ 1.128V
*When I have a bit to do I will boost her up to 2800or3200mhz/1600fsb/1600ram@8-8-8-24 with temps of 25c idle and 39c load @ 1.384V
All OC's are simple changes in fsb and multipliers with "auto" voltages etc.
Vantage score of x7259 (7122gpu - 11450cpu) at 3200mhz @ 1920x1200 resolution. Max settings on 3dmark06 was 12,815. Not sure if those are worthy of bragging, but givin for reference.
