WTB: 4 Disk NAS Box (no hard drives)

Need a NAS box for 4 3.5" HDD's Please.

Found a few on ebay for $60 ish. Hoping to get below that.

Do you want an enclosure to hold 4 hard drives? I don't know of any NAS boxes that are only 60$.

I don't know of any worth a lick at that price. Have you considered something like a Linux MDAM install/pc?

I could see those being in his price range. Not really a "NAS" but eh.

For that price and number of bays if you want NAS vs DAS then it will be hard to find or older then dirt. I have a Buffalo two bay NAS with no drives but I would have to find the model and instructions for how to restore to operation since the "OS" is on a hidden partition on the drives. Let me know if you are interested and I can probably do it for S&H plus $15?
