I have a backup 3770k system just collecting dust.

3770k, 4x4 matching sticks of samsung wonder ram(haven't overclocked it but these have been known to clock high), and an Asus reference 780ti(not quite a 970). As for a cooler, might be able to find a 212 evo around if I know where I put it.
