As the title states looking for a pair of 980Ti's ideally reference boards would great as i plan to invest in some waterblocks as well. as for brand a matched pair would be awesome but open to whats out there.

Looking to keep the budget around $400 for this

Might be willing to part with mine. They're reference boards with 3 fan coolers so you wouldn't have to get blocks right away and have transferable warranty through Zotac.

What are you looking to spend?
 
Yeah seriously...He's free to set the price he likes and let the market decide. You never know, someone may need quick cash and be desperate. No need to threadcrap.
