WTB: 1155 motherboard

any requirements? budget? size etc? i have a couple of options (p67 and a h67)
 
For a little over $13 shipped you can get a Dell motherboard that I believe mounts in a standard case and takes a standard power supply:

But it does need a proprietary cpu heatsink unless you want to modify the connector on a regular one, but they're cheap and work well with a 2600/2600k in my experience and are only $10 or so:

And here's the pinout guide if you want to run with a standard cooler. You'll also have to remove the bracket from the back of the motherboard unless the cooler you want to use is compatible with the thread pitch of the stock one:
