WTB: 1155/6 mITX barebones CHEAP

Looking for an HTPC barebones setup for a friend. I already have a case, OS drive, data drive, etc, so I'm basically looking for a motherboard, processor, and ram.

Cheap is the key phrase, but I'm looking for socket 1155 (or 1156) setups, no atom/amd setups. Not worried about onboard features (raid/sata6g/wifi), just need something that works well and won't break the bank.

Tons of heatware under "Machupo".
