WSS 3.0 Migration

I currently have an old server running our company Intranet, on a Server 2003 box running WSS 3.0. Is there a process to bring up a new server, install WSS 3.0, and migrate the content over easily, like enabling a farm, so the content is replicated? Eventually, I'd pull the old server offline.
