I have a 120 IDE Hard Drive (my sig) and the computer tech at the local shop that helped me out w/ my build said that the bottleneck is my hard drive and that I should think about getting a serial ata hdd or maybe two in raid. Can someone recommend me a fast hard drive for a decent price and I won't be needing more than 200gis.

The WD2500KS is about as fast as you can get without buying a Raptor. That's my recommendation.

 
you've gone all out on the rest of your comp, i'd say get a raptor. If not a 150gig a 74 gig to install os and apps on would work great, and then use your 120 for storage. I have a raptor and i dont think i'll ever go back for a gaming rig.
