Alright, I'm fed up with this router. I'm going to make this extremely simple.

Roadrunner plugged directly into my computer:

Ping: 29ms
Download Speed: 22.16 mbps
Upload Speed: .85 mbps

Roadrunner through my WRT320N, whether wireless or plugged into my computer(s)

Ping: 850-1400ms
Download Speed: .09 mbps - .25 mbps
Upload speed: .04-.06 mbps

Occasionally I get passable speeds in the 6 mbps range for download speed, but lately the router has performed this way nearly all the time.

I've tried reflashing the firmware. I've tried multiple combinations of suggestions, ranging from adjusting single frequencies to adjusting MTU size, etc. Nothing works. This router simply CANNOT be this bad. Can someone get me going in the right direction somehow? I am COMPLETELY at a loss and entirely frustrated. I could easily frisbee the sh*t out of this stupid router off a cliff onto a freeway, but I'd rather try and fix it first.

I'd guess a duplex mismatch between the router's WAN port and your cable modem. Have you defaults the router back to factory defaults and tried again?

The probability of a duplex mismatch is pretty slim. More than likely, you just have a bad router.
