WRT310N --> Cisco Valet Plus

As always with technology something new comes out 2 months after you buy the latest thing. Awhile ago I purchased a wrt310n and now see that cisco has released the valet series with greater control and in particular a web authenticated guest network option. I know this is possible with ddwrt and an external server, but that's too much trouble. It appears that other than branding the products are identical. My question is that since both products contain a broadcom 4716 CPU @ 300 MHz with 32mb of RAM and 4mb of flash can I load the valet firmware onto my wrt310n?
