98SE FDISK USED ON 8OGIG HDD, NOW SHOWS 32GIG. NOTHING I DO BRINGS IT BACK TO 80 GIGS. I'VE USED OLD PARTITION MAGIC, ACRONUS 2012. AOMEI, WINDOWS 7 DISK MANAGEMENT.
