WoW running at low FPS

I just built a computer about a month ago and it runs everything great, except World of Warcraft, it runs it at 29-30 FPS constantly, when it should be doing way more than that. Is it possible for the FPS to have been capped? Any solutions? Thanks in Advance.

specs? Settings on WoW? Does it run at those frames at lower settings? Tried disabling vsync?

OP the info you provided is not enough for anyone to even know what's going on.

What is the specs of your entire pc?
What size monitor do you have?
What resolution and settings do have the game set at?

radeon 4890 graphics card
750 psu
4 gb RAM
750 gb hard drive @7200

and yes it runs the same on all settings, i lowered them completely and it went from 29 -> 30.5
WoW settings are 1920 x 1080 and Ultra

yeah, constant. never goes lower than 28 though

It could be that your network you are on and the congested WoW servers you are connected to is affecting your fps. Also, if your mobo allows, try and o/c your Q8200 cpu.

? I'm pretty sure that doesn't do anything to fps.

Sounds like a vsync issue.
