anyone know if I purchase the wow battle chest which includes original wow and burning crusade expansion can I add that to an existing account that only has original wow? Meaning add it to that account to get the burning crusades expansion and month free that comes with the battle chest?

I had that, original, then bought Battlechest w/ BC. You cant get a free month as far as I know. But i gave it to my Bro and did the refer-a-freinds. The xp bonus is nice! Got to lvl 9 on an alt in a little over an hour (thank you questhelper)
What do you mean by xp bonus? you get xp bonus of some sort if oyu purchase the battle chest? I could just make a new account and get the battle chest but I have been doing the trial for the past few days and have a lvl 14 already.. don't really want to start over if I don't have to.. but would like the free month with the battle chest.

If you have the trial, you will get a free month (just like purchasing the standard game) i though you have already purchased it... The XP bonus comes from sending an invite via refer-a-friend on the wow website. You and ur friend get 90 for triple xp when doing quests together.
