Looking at your setup I think it will help. You have 3 Fans plus the PSU sucking air out of the case, but only one fan blowing the air into the case. it will help equalize the flow of air.
also upgrade the top fan to a 120mm if it will fit, cant really tell from your pics if it will or not. also no shots of your side panel, do you have any fans in your side panel?

no fans on side pannel.
do u think the new fan will drop my hardware temps by a few degrees?
will it cool the ram?

If you put the new fan directly above the esisting one I think it will help a little more with cooling the ram as well as the other MB components. If you put it in the top position all the new fresh air is going to go strait out the top and not help anything other than maybe the PSU.

Its impossible to say how much it will help, all you can do is get it and try it out. Theres no doubt in my mind that it will help, only quistion is how much.

ya its going to be right ontop of the exsisting one. and instead of buyin a ram cooler im just gonna buy this.
so i should remove the floppy drive bay and but it right there?

i honestly doubt you will see that big of difference, if you have a spare 120mm fan laying around you can try that....or borrow one from a friend just to test it out
