Would this damage by board

I was looking to get those hybride fan + water cooler parts for my pc.
I have Intel Q9550 + Asus P5E3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP board + Thermaltake Spedo Case :

And I want to put this on my cpu: Ultra Products ChillTec Thermo Electric CPU Cooler:

Would they sap or damage the board or the cpu?

Huh? No, neither of those would damage your board... But this is the wrong place for this IMO, and both of the linked cooling solutions are profoundly different from one-another... Are you sure you're getting into what you think you're getting into?

Personally,i think all the ones you linked are cack.Try a swiftech H20-220 instead,its a great start and is upgradeable.
