Would this change be worth it?

I am trying to make my pc as quiet as possible, and I have archieved a decent level so far.

I have a chenming 602 case with 5 nexus 80mm fans rated at 17.6dba, and a zalman cnps9700NT. So far so good.

I was thinking that I could change my case so something that could hold a 120mm fan in the front and in the back, to cut down on the noise even more and move more air. Also, I'd upgrade my PSU to a newer one, something with at least a 120mm fan.

Would it be worth it, noise wise?

If you have 3 free 5 1/4 bays you could pick up a Scytha Kama Bay, which will hold 1 120mm fan.

A 120mm fan will move alot more air than a 80mm fan at lower noise/rpm levels. I doubt that you will get much improvement in temperatures, but you will be able to reduce noise levels pretty nicely.

As for the back, your only option for adding a 120mm fan is to use a holesaw, tho there will be some gaps.
