I have 3 monitors (getting a 4th soon) and I wanted to be able to use 3 for surround gaming and 1 video streaming hahving there own audio stream. (of course separate speakers)

Would it possible to set my PC up where I can play a game on 3 screens with its own sound card/motherboard sound and also have 1 screen streaming movies having its own sound card/motherboard ?
 
You want to game on three screens and watch a movie at the same time, on two different sets of speakers?

Probably makes a lot more sense to get a TV instead of a 4th monitor.
 
Well you could get a TV and a Roku or WD TV Live or similar. The TV will have speakers.
 
yea I thought about as I posted but does Roku offer streaming services to not popular streaming sites? I have never Roku interface so not sure.
 
You should be able to do this, with the right software. For example if the media player is using FFDshow for audio output, you can select a specific output device. XBMC also does this, I'm pretty sure more media players do. You can set whatever you want to use for gaming as the default output in Windows control panel.

Main problem could be having smooth video playback while you're gaming. Guess that's really up to the video card.
 
run the 4th monitor with hdmi video card and get an hdmi monitor you can do it. alternativley, you can buy a second sound card.

this is technially easy. the difficult part is having a powerful enough of a system.
