would this be a biased oc test?

i have my 2500m@2.18 ghz right now. the last time i ran prime95 was during the peak of summer with 30c room temps. When i ran that test, i got the oc to stablize at 1.725 vcore, which overvolts to 1.744. I think this is a bit high, so i want to run another test now and try to lower it to 1.7, and maybe even lower. However, my room temperature now is only 18c, so i think the cpu will last longer on prime. If i find that i can lower my vcore under this room temp, is that a good sign? or is it a poor indication?
 
oh and i'm freaking impatient, so i'm lowering it to a 1.675 to start... and if it fails i'll try 1.7
 
well... unless you got a room rig like i do... winter is the best for overclockers...
i have central air in my house but my computers output soo much heat that even with central air on 24/7 it still is like its not on.. so i bought a window air conditioner and leave it on 24/7 ... prob will be neccisary in winter as well
