There are some airconditioned cases they reduce most component temps by about 1-2C but consume way too much energy to warrant that.

chances are a 52 watt pelt wouldn't have enough cooling capacity to give you condensation worries in something the size of a Computer case. On the other hand, it'd probably be piss poor at cooling anything down too
