Hey Guys

I do a lot of Gaming, but also use Inventor and Mechanical Desktop. I know gaming isn't supposed to have much affect, but what about with using modeling software? I wanted to spend about 150 USD on hard drives, so i could either get 2 80gb SATA WD hard drives, or a single 200GB SATA WD hard drive, what would be the better choice?

I'd wait to SATA 2 to be honest. The Native Command Queing, higher bandwith cap, and first party DMA. It will be well worth the wait.

The Seagates have native CQ now on their 7200.7 series. The controllers should be out soon, or wait for an Intel i915/925 mobo with the ICH6R southbridge due in April.

I'm putting off my motherboard purchase for that reason alone.
