Would more fans help?

Hi, I have a Cooler Master Cavalier case which has one 80mm lower intake fan on the front and a 120mm outtake on the back. I have added an 80mm side fan for cpu exhaust and have a Scythe Kama Bay installed in my drive slots. For CPU cooling I have a Scythe Ninja w/ 120mm fan blowing towards my back outtake. My CPU is a a64 3700 oc'd to 2.86 and temps are around 35-37 idle and I've seen it load as high as 47. I also have a Zalman gpu cooler on my 7900gt (at stock speeds). Under the gpu I have a pci slot exhaust blower . With all that in mind, I was wanting to mod my case a little and was thinking that perhaps a 120mm blowhole intake on the bottom of my case under my chipset (as that seems to be the hottest part of my case as the harddrives block most of the 80mm front intake) might help, as well as a topside 120mm exhaust. What I was wondering though is if it would make any difference as I think my temps are already pretty low, considering the ridiculous heat wave Texas is having. Also, would the bottom to top airflow conflict with the front to back? My wiring is decent and I don't think it impedes any airflow. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm thinking more fans would start to impede airflow, since they would interrupt its flow through the case. You could always try it, but i think your temps would raise if anything; i think your temps are pretty darn decent already for a hot area

Well, if the side intake is far enough (5-6 inches) away from the CPU and GPU cooler, like over the chipset HSF, you'll probably notice a 2'c drop in temperatures.

Having said this, an exhaust would probably ruin your cooling capacity unless you have a specific pocket of trapped air.

If you're going to mod your case to put in additional fans, I'd suggest adding another exhaust. Since you have a 120mm exhaust on the back, I doubt you could fit another fan back there, but cutting a blowhole into the top (between the PSU and whatever occupies the top 5.25 slot) might be something to consider. Exhausting hot air is the most important part of cooling, so you're getter off exhausting more air than you intake.
