Would adding another radiator drop my temps or not?

I am currently using the Nautilus 500 cooling system. I love it a lot, but was wondering if by adding another radiator to my systems (like a 120.2 or 120.3) if it would be worth it?

Current loop is Naut500>cpu block>gpu block> back to Naut500

Even a single radiator like an MCR120 should lower your temps by a good 15-20%

What about for just a CPU setup? I've considered off and on "easing" myself into watercooling by trying out a Nautilus, as it already has a nice pump and cpu block. What I'd like to do though is add a BIP 2x120 (or the Swiftech equivalent) and use my existing case fans in the front of my armor for some extra cooling. Would an extra radiator make a difference in this case too?
