He has the chip for like 3 weeks then tries to tell me it was DOA. Look at the core.

If he had it for 3 weeks before he said anything, then gave it back with actual PHYSICAL damage that wasn't there when originally shipped...then I would not.

? I have no idea what you mean..Are you thinking I want to return this? THis is from a guy I sold it to over a monthago.

This chip ran at 2.7. It was a kickass chip.

When I got it back there was a big glob of thermal covering the chiped corner.

both athlons i've had have gotten chips in the corners and still work. probably what i get for using the millenium glaciator hsf. :)
 
I have had a few that still work with chips. Some seem to not mind, others wont run with the slightest of marks.
 
oh my bad i thought you bought the mobile from someone else, i dont think you should refund after physical damage cause by the buyer
 
the chip on the core issue aside, if he waited 3 weeks to inform you of a problem then fuck him. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure items arrive in condition described, but it is the buyer's responsibilty to inform seller of any problems in a timely manner, like within 48 hours. after that, I say the buyer FORFIETS his right to bitch about anything. I try my best to inspect/test an item I buy as soon as i get it, but if i can't within like 2 -3 days max, i just leave a pos eval and call it a gamble on my part. If item later turns out defective, i may tell seller just to watch out on his stuff and double check before shipping, but aside from that i don't say dick. don't ask for refund, nothing. once again another reason when I'm selling I always wait for buyer to leave HEATWARE first...... :eek:

Now I understand why he kept asking for the $ before I got the chip. He would PM me daily asking for it. I kept telling him to wait untill I see the chip. He then sends me one saying that the tracking information shows it in SLC and to send him the $ now. I still said wait untill I get it. So, I got it and it was ship in the MAIL...NO TRACKING POSSIBLE!! He knew exactly what he was doing, little fucker.
 
Crap, all the info is at work. For sure Troll material.

Aslo, the littel tag on chip looks like it is almost burnt to me. NOt to clear in the pic, buts it looks like a piece of paper when it almost catches a flame.
 
Like everybody else said, I would NOT refund this, especially having it for weeks to a month. I could see it within a few days of shipping, but.. hell no.

My $0.02.

Ummm, not to TC but you can track mail if you ask for tracking/delivery confirmation.
