Worth trying XP 64 bit w/ this hardware...?

I have a a64 2800+ with a MSI K7N2 Neo Plat board. Will I find drivers for the current version of XP 64 bit? Is it worth it? Anyone know the release date?

Some companies have released drivers already. You will have to go to their websites to check it out though. XP-64 doesn't have wide-spread support yet (as it's not released) so you may or maynot notice any performance gains. I personally wouldn't run it on my primary rig, as it is just a beta.

And Microsoft will release it whenever Intel says it's ok. So once Intel has a full lineup of x86-iAMD64 processors, Microsoft will release it.

Naw, I'm not serious. That's just my conspiracy theory as to why MS is dragging their ass on XP-64.
