Worth going P35 -> P45?

I just bought a few upgrades for a comp I've had for almost 2 years now.

I went from an E2180 to a Q9400.
2GB of ram to 4GB of ram, and a higher capacity HD.

So my question is, would it be worth going from a P35 board (Gigabyte P35-DS3L) to a P45 board? How much of an overclock will I really see from going to the P45?

I was considering either a mobo upgrade or waiting out for a bigger SSD drive.
What are your opinions?

Nope not worth it.

Go for the SSD. Far more of a noticeable difference than with a mobo swap.
