Axe - Ghouls 'N Ghosts
Soul Cube - Doom 3
Pretty much any gun in Halo.

All useless and could have been left out of the game.

I would have to say the worst weapon in a game would be the Proximity mines in Goldeneye for N64. They made that game so cheap it wasn't even fun anymore. THey should have been MP banned.

The Klobb in Goldeneye, by far.

HAHAHA WOW!

Yeah I second that, we had a rule when playing that game you couldn't shoot unarmed people, and also, "Hey don't shoot me I only have a Klobb".

So we didn't even consider it a valid weapon HAHA now THAT is sad.

Also the default handgun in Doom1/2 was quite useless as well.

ROFLMA OFF!!! LOL, the word Klobb just braught back a ton of sweet sweet memories from waaay in the good ole days for me :) "I am going to Klobber you!!!" LOL I remember the inside jokes we had. What did the Klobb do? I forget even what it looks like, someone please explain. Mines in GE PWNED!!!

I think the pistol for the T in CS:S is pretty useless.

The baton in Deus Ex. On my mind as I am currently replaying the game.

I found the soul cube was very useful at times.

soul cube = instant kill on almost all mobs + lots of health, thats bad?

worste weapon is the axe in quake1

Well, I found the soul cube only useful on 'Hell' difficulty, since it was incredibly hard. Before, that it seems pretty useless. Normal and easy modes had so much health around at all times, I didn't even bat and eye at using the cube.

I found the Klobb the worst weapon, most likely (From Goldeneye), also, an honorable mention goes out to the plasma pistol (alone) in Halo 2. If you can kill anyone with just a single pistol in Halo 2... well, I don't know what to say.

fuckin rapid fire bb gun

Oh man, the Klobb, good times...
I used to exclusively use the Klobb just so that I could embarrass my friends in the unlikely event that I would kill them with it.

people keep saying needler in halo, not that i liked it that much, but wasn't the plasma pistol 10x worse?

Not if used properly. After a charge, it knocks down the enemies shield pretty qucikly. In halo 2 with dual wielding, plasma pistols and the magnum or plasma pistols and the SMG was my favorite combo. Plasma pistol to soften em up and knock their shields down, and the magnum or SMG to finish the job. By themselves mediocore weapons, combined and used right, downright lethal.

The Pre-patch sniper rifle in BF2. I could snipe better with the MP5 than that thing.

Standard engineer shotgun in BF2.

I actually loved the needler. Oh shit here they cooooome!.

You can't be seroius, the Bio-Gun is ultimate!
Hold and charge then let a nice juicy one splat on some fraggers face... Mmmm!

I would totally agree, that was useless... Although funny with the "Klobber you" remark, because we used it as well... Needler was great, espcially dualies. The glock for the T's in CS:S is an awsome pistol, great for headshots.

I like that gun. Kills medics dead!

Hmm.. worst gun... I am gonna have to go with the N00b tube or M203. Its such a cheap kill, both in BF2 and BFV.

How could you leave out every single gun in Halo and have it be better off?

Yeah, Fists in Doom 1/2. Great when you had Bezerk, but for the life of me I could never get them to actually hit the target.

AWP in any CS(1.6 or source) a shot to the foot kills..
AK-47 in CS..way too erratic for me has over exagerated recoil..my romy AK is more accurate than this game is LOL
The glock in CS is a great little head shot magnet..sadly it takes like 3 rounds to the face to kill.
The golden gun from golden eye is right there with the klobb for me
as far as halo..i liked the needler..just hated getting blown up by an enemy i stuck 100 of those things in.

five-seven for cs and cs:s. takes a minute's worth of point blank shots to kill anyone and the only time you were able to kill someone was if you got lucky and got the last shot in when someone else is working the person.

They changed the AWP from one shot kills in 1.3 or 1.1 I believe. The recoil of the guns in CS and CSS are actually incredible predictable, just google for the patterns sometime.

As for the Bio-Rifle in UT...man, I love that thing haha. I always spam it everywhere if someone is trying to give chase, and just wait for them to blow up by themselves all around the guy. Only works on people who aren't that good though, but I get a kick out of it none the less.

My vote goes to the Klobb as well, we used to always call it the staple gun because thats what it most likely shoots :(

they did, did they? then explain why I take a shot to the arm and die?
still a lame weapon.
the recoil..ill have to look in on but at times its seems as sporadic as fart powered diarrhea during a power squeeze...

ANY pistol in pretty much any Half-life mod, solely for the fact that you had to recock them after switching to them each time. The instance that comes to mind particularly is DOD:S when your primary weapon's clip is dry but you are still engaged with enemy, you quick-switch to your trusty Colt 1911. And promptly die because you have to wait 1/2 second to cock it.

I'm sorry, there is simply no excuse for that; in my opinion that is just lazy programming. I will admit that I am not a programmer so it may be more complicated than I think, but I don't imagine it would be incredibly difficult to put in a 3rd instance of "gun status" (which they have anyway with iron sights, which change the players animation to aiming)

1. "loaded but uncocked" - (currently in DOD:S the gun is always this way when you are not using it.
2, "cocked and empty" (after you empty the clip the gun is stuck with the slide pulled back, and the click click click sound precedes your death)

This next thing is what I want added.

***3.inactive but cocked - basically the weapon is "hot". You aren't going to find any real soldier in a hot zone engaging in a fire fight with a weapon that is uncocked while in holster. That's what safety's are for.

Until those sidearms are made truly "hot" and can function as a real quickdraw weapon, they, suck in my opinion, solely for the fact that you cannot depend on them as a truly reliable weapon, like the m1's (or m4?) they had in Vietnam initally that got screwed up when wet, which was replaced with m16 because they didn't jam so damn much.

If you don't have armor you will die with 1 shot to the arm, only with armor you will not die but lose 79HP.

If you get hit below the waist you lose 79hp also, whether you have armor or not.

I was amazing with the needler in Halo

now in halo 2, dual needlers! watcj out!

YES! Most useless gun in any MP game IMO. Takes too long between shots!

Doom3 shotgun! Widest spread I've ever seen from a shotgun...
