Is there a workspace manager/multiple desktop tool for Windows 7 that is similar as the ones used for KDE or Gnome?

Any personal testimonies?
 
I used WindowsPager in the past for some testing purposes (I don't have a use for virtual desktops personally), and never had issues with it. It's free, open source, and seems to work just fine but, as I said, I don't consider virtual desktops useful for my particular usage style(s) - could be something that works just great for you.
