Tomorrow some sanding, sorry for post today what i do yesterday, but tonight when i going to post, they are heave storms, and disconnect the modem and router for safety

Do you have a belt sander to sand that wood/glue? It's going to be as hard as a rock.

What if you need to change the fan later on?

Hi, respect to the glue more sandust i used on the holes, its really hard. So i started sanding with this:
esco.jpg

:eek::cool::D
That its an escofina, i dont know how it's said that word on english, but it has sand really easy the glue+sandust.

Respect to the fans, i can change without problems, because on the holes i did i put some the nuts for screws and after that i screwed the screws of the fan to the nuts. After that i put the glue and sandust on the holes, so from that way, i can unscrew the screws of the coolers, and even change the coolers :D

The English name for it is a rasp

Looks great so far. Nice build:D

Thanks man, it wasn't appear on google translation :p
Thanks, now i waiting my brother appear, he have an airbrush, i think the wood would see beter painted with the airbrush than with a brush.
Now, i'll research a little about painting mdf.
Today i;ve make the holes for usb, and power, reset buttons

Hello, yesterday i worked on the cuts fors USB and power buttons. Today, at 12am y painted the first hand of Synthetic Enamel white. I'll probably give 2 or 3 hands. I'll sand with 1000 grid between paintings.

Here the pictures of the firs hand

Hi, i painted the first hand at 12:00am, at 18:50 i sanded, first with 220 sand, and later 1000 grid sand. At 19:20 I finally apply the second hand of Synthetic Enamel white.

What you think about this combination of colors for the case?

Front yellow, Back white. sides black and yellow, with my nick on one side (the side of the door) writed on black. And upper, 3/4 yellow and 1/4 white. And al the fan grills black ?

Looking nice so far! Just be careful about those hinge screws in the MDF--MDF doesn't do real well with screws. It's worth putting a drop of glue in the hole for each screw so that it's harder for the screw to strip the wood or back out.

Hello, yea i put some glue on every screw for security, and also on the unions of the woods. Thanks

I finally buy the paint!!!!
I bought Ruster Oleum black and white, and Krylon yellow and red :D
