I'm working with some Tygon R1000 5/16" ID and stretching it over 3/8 barbs. It's great stuff, but my DDC creates enough suction to collapse the tube at the inlet. To be fair I am testing out a length of about 5 feet just to make sure none of my parts are leaking. The question is, do you think the collapsing will go away when I get it installed using short runs in a closed loop configuration? I've never worked with R1000 before and this is a little troubling.
