Working with plexi glass

About to go to homedepot or lowes to get some plexi glass. How would you recommend I cut 2 120mm holes out of it ? I think using a 114mm hole saw would be too powerful enough :p . I do have a dremel w/ a circular cutter or the nibler. I just dont want to crack the plexi glass with too much force!
 
Dremel with a router guard and a cutting bit works ok, but very easy to melt the plexi. A hole saw at low speeds works well. I generally use a power jig saw.
 
Definitely, DEFINITELY use the hole saw.

Go as SLOWLY as you can, and make sure the plexi is anchored to something before cutting.
 
I remember reading about this a while ago. Should I set the drill to reverse instead of going foward ?

You can... But I wouldn't. Just use the slowest speed you can. don't use much pressure (just the weight of the drill).

If each hole takes you 3-4 minutes... You're doing it right!
