purchased newly released founders board . They shipped it to me in a plastic bag which was ripped open and key kap jar was damaged keys everywhere and missing . I want to send whole thing back and they want to charge me 10 bucks for shipping to do it. WTF

To be fair, once it leaves their hands they have no control over it. Pay the $10 for the shipping and then hassle the post office for your money back.

Or just bitch to the post office, file it as damaged and have them pay the entire cost.
