For any of you whom have built a wood pc case before i need to know one question. Can i simply mount the MB to the the wood case (using spacers of course) or do i need to use a aluminum MB Tray and mount that to the wood and the MB to the tray.

My goal is to not have any MB Tray at all but to simply have a wood case with components mounted inside of them to the wood.

Mount it to the wood with stand-offs. I know one guy who uses acrylic mobo trays (custom laser cut) for his wood builds.

yeah i was gonna use the little brass/metal MB spacers that you get with any case. I was just gonna screw that into the wood frame and attach the MB to them. So all would be good if i do that then?
