Won't Post: Trial, but only Errors

My PC has been working for years now with minor upgrades (a new video card 2 months ago), but suddenly- without warning or reason- POST hung on hardware check, specifically the CPU ID. After giving it a quick check, reboot, and swapping the RAM, the PC will now not even post- the monitor displays "No Signal"; everything lights up: Front Case Power/HDD, CD/DVD checks, Case Fans LED, and I can even hear the hdd initializing.

I've tried everything I can think of: swapping the RAM again, PSU, Video Card, resetting the CMOS, disconnecting/reconnecting every boot device/external device (mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.), even rewiring the entire setup. I'm honestly at the end of my rope... I'd hate to have to replace my mobo, but it's the only source of a problem I can imagine.

Any help is appreciated... here are the specs:

Mobo: NF4UK8AA
RAM: 512MB PC3200 Basic Green DDR
PSU: Coolmax 400W (CA-Series)
VidCard: XFX GeForce 8600GT
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 1.8Ghz [I doubt this is the source of any problems]

Again, all connections are secure, all fans are functioning... it sounds fantastic, it just won't POST!

Try flashing BIOS. May be corrupted BIOS. This board has so many BIOS issues. Get the latest from Foxconn web site and use a bootable floppy with BIOS update tool to flash.

Motherboard may have given up the ghost, or your PSU may be on the way out -- Coolmax PSUs are trash.

You've tried a CMOS reset already I assume?

Tried it with no drives attached? (cables could be bad)

Tried it with a different graphics card?

Tried it with one stick of RAM?
