Won't let me change my Administrator and Guest account names

I recently reformatted and reinstalled Windows XP. (Yesterday). I applied the patches and now I can't change my administrator name and my guest account name like I used to. When I click on them under the user manager, it takes input to change, but doesn't apply. Anyone else experiencing this?

Try it through the MMC. I never liked using the kiddie control panel user applet.
