I am having major problems viewing any streaming media on the net. Everytime I try viw a movie it looks like this

Dont know why this has happened or how to fix it at all.

Thanks in advance I have searched everywhere, and have found nothing. :(
 
It looks like the overlay is screwed up. Check your driver settings or download up to date VGA drivers.
 
MY VGA drivers are all up to date and I still can't find the problem :confused: :(. WMP works fine from the desktop locally but when I am streaming media from the net it looks like this.
