WMP not finding flash card (also on mobile computing)

I just recieved a Cassiopeia E-125. It has a 256 mb flash card. It is running Windows CE 3.0 (which the best I can find on google, is Pocket PC Ver. 1). The included Windows Media Player will play files on the 32mb memory but not from the flash card. So, I downloaded and installed Xaudio. This does the same thing. When I click "open file" the dropdown box does not include the flash drive. Is there any way to fix this?
