Wits End... Trifire 99% GPU bug on GPU2/3

I thought this issue was fixed long ago.

I just upgraded to a Rampage III Extreme, reinstalled Win7, and installed 12.7 beta and cap1; when I start windows GPU2/3 peg out at 99% and shortly crash the system with a bluescreen. If I disable crossfireX and re-enable it they go back to normal and the system is ready to rock. I use afterburner and thought that might have something to do with it but after a uninstall and reg clean out it did the same thing. Im assuming its something with my config but hoping its driver related, but frustrated after multiple driver install/uninstalls/etc

I reinstalled windows/reinstalled 12.6 with a Driver clean and still have this issue.

Does anyone have any experience with this and have suggestions?
