When you aren't gaming, or plan on gaming any time soon - do you disable CrossFireX in your ATI Catalyst Control Center?

I'm not sure if I should be leaving it enabled or not. This is my first rig with two video cards, I'd like to ensure I don't do anything to drastically reduce the life of these cards.

They are fine lol, maybe if you were overclocking them through the roof without proper cooling... But thats another story.

ive never turned my off, seems fine with it on. Heat = GPU load, on idle w/ fans @ 60% doesnt go over 55c.

Am putting my 2 s1s on tonight ill update on temp when its done w/ perhaps pics

Yep, i leave it on. With my old SLI setup i had to enable/disable it depending on what application i was using and if i needed 2 monitors. With crossfire, just leave it on as you can use both monitors anyway.
