With a Raptor and WD Caviar SE16, which drive for O.S.?

As far as getting better gaming performance...should I run Windows on the Raptor and leave the storage drive for mp3s, vids, and other use, or should it be vice versa??? I figured that running Windows on the Raptor with all gaming files might be a more efficient set up, leaving the storage drive for less performance-related items.
 
I would think that using the fastest drive for the most frequently access items is a good choice.
