Those are great temps, but what are you running? Processors run at different temps.
For a true test on your airflow, you need to run a stress test, such as prime95 for at least an hour.

That's after a full day of stress testing. I got it all the way up to 29 once, but then it dropped back down. It's only an Opteron 240, so there's not a whole lot of juice flowing through there in the first place.
 
thats pretty nice. Kind of glad that is more cleaner then that.
