wiring, is this ok?

1st off id like to say im proud of myself for cleaning up my wires in my case. but id like to know if what i did is ok. i put all the cables i could, wich is a good amount, behind the mother board tray and tied them down with twistie ties and scotch tape. is it ok to have the scotch tape on there?

im i think i did a really good job for my first time. ill try and get you guys some befor and after pictures.
 
well i just want to know if its ok to have the wires taped down and have a bundle of them back there.
 
all i can post right now is befor pics, im going to wait tell i take som after shots before posting them tho.
