Wiring help on AV8

Unlike a lot of other motherboards (the ones I've seen) my av8 has the two atx power connectors towards the back of the case instead of facing forwards. ARe there any clean ways of wiring this without strining them across the entire board.

And if anyone can reccomend some good cheap 80mm fans w/ no leds ;)
